Lead the design, analysis, and assembly of 3D printed miniature satellite structure using SolidWorks and Onshape. Designed avionics mounts and selected off-the-shelf film heater to maintain thermals within operating limits for balloon-launched flight. Presented design reviews to peers and industry professionals throughout design iterations. Successfully launched in 2024.
